We want you to be satisfied with VoiceBridge. This policy outlines our refund process.

1. Credit Purchases

VoiceBridge uses a credit-based system. Credits are purchased as one-time payments and are used for translation services.

2. Refund Eligibility

  • Unused credits — refundable within 14 days of purchase
  • Partially used credits — refund for unused portion within 14 days
  • Technical issues — full refund if the service was unavailable and credits were deducted

3. Non-Refundable

  • Credits that have been fully used
  • Purchases older than 14 days
  • Free credits (bonus credits are non-refundable)

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at support@tryvoicebridge.com with:

  • Your email address (used for purchase)
  • Date of purchase
  • Reason for refund

5. Processing Time

Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.

6. Operating Entity

This service is operated by Vulovic Labs, LLC, a company registered in Delaware, USA.
